About YHVH

YHVH is the Creator of the universe and is the same yesterday, today, and forever; has given instruction for His creation that has not been removed; He sent His son, Yeshua, our Messiah, as our substitutionary sacrifice and ransom so that the debt for our sins is paid and we can be reconciled to Him. YHVH has entered into covenants with man, and is faithful to the terms and conditions of each. He is merciful and just, faithful and true. He is the One True God, sovereign above all others. He is holy, and deserves reverence, honor, glory and obedience. In His sovereignty, He has seen fit to give His children free will, and He never forces anyone into a relationship with Him. He offers salvation to all through His son, Yeshua, but it is up to each individual whether or not they choose to accept this free gift and repent of their sins and follow Him.

About the Ruach

The Ruach, or Holy Spirit, of YHVH has been present since the beginning, and we see the first mention in the creation story in Genesis. Yeshua referred to the Ruach as earnest, or down payment and is a promise that YHVH will do all He promises. The Ruach serves to convict us of our sins and lead us to repentance. The Ruach recalls the Word of YHVH to our hearts and minds, teaches and leads us in the Way as described in scripture. The Ruach isn't a new post-first century invention, but rather an integral part of YHVH and His plan for creation from the start. The Ruach empowers us with boldness to carry out the work YHVH calls each of us to do individually, as well as corporately as the Body of Yeshua.

About Yeshua

Yeshua's very name means "salvation" which He came to this earth to bring. Born of a virgin through supernatural conception by way of the Ruach HaKodesh, He lived a perfect, sinless life and fulfilled words of the prophets with his actions, words, and the miracles He performed during His ministry. His persecution, death, burial and resurrection not only fulfill what was told of Him by the prophets, but this selfless, ultimate act paid the price for the penalty of our sins, reconciling us with the Father, YHVH, and making it possible to spend eternity together. Yeshua currently sits at the right hand of the Father, and is preparing a place for us, His bride, in His kingdom. He will return, soon, to gather His bride, rule from the New Jerusalem, and cast the defeated enemy and death into the Lake of Fire.

About the Word

The Word of YHVH is eternal. Yeshua tells us that not one jot or one tittle will be removed until all is complete. The Word of YHVH is sharper than any two-edged sword, and therefore must be rightly divided with discernment from the Ruach, and used responsibly during discipleship. Scripture teaches that the Word of YHVH (the Torah, Prophets, Writings and Gospel) is inspired, inherent and does not return void. The Word teaches us about YHVH's character, His heart, and His love for His creation. He graciously outlines detailed instructions for His children to keep us safe, and to teach us how to walk righteously before Him. It is called truth and light, which proves the written word and the word made flesh, Yeshua, are one in the same. It is living, and our daily bread on which we feast. The Word interprets itself and always provides two or more witnesses for its teachings.

O1

No Others
Before YHVH

YHVH instructs us that we should have no other gods before Him. What did this look like in ancient times, and what does it look like for us today?

Loving
Others

One of the two great commandments, we are instructed by YHVH to love one another as we love ourselves. This was further explained by Yeshua when He instructed His disciples to love others as He has loved them. What does it mean to love others the way Yeshua has loved us?
